( 6 Days 5 Nights )
Baliem Valley, Papua

The main inhabitants of Baliem's big and beautiful valley are the Dani, Yali, and Lani tribes. With the Dani tribe as the largest tribe. Despite being touched by modernity, Dani tribes still hold firmly to their customs and tradition. Especially the clothes they still use during custom rites. Although in the cold air of the highlands, the men will wear Koteka with headdresses from Cendrawasih birds and cassowaries. While the women use Sali (or saly), namely skirts made of fern or dry grass. With large Noken bags curled around their foreheads.
We offer a special journey into the life of the Dani tribe through this program. Live with them and do the things they normally do everyday. Such as taking care of the garden, hunting and making equipment and various crafts that they use as body decoration. We will also learn the tradition of War Dance and its philosophy.
